Saying Goodbye (For Now)

In 2019, I started writing about Dimension 20 — just one fan, trying to put words to how these stories made me feel. I had no idea those early posts would grow into what would later become Geek Peek.

By 2020, I launched a YouTube channel under my own name. I didn’t know much about lighting or thumbnails or “the algorithm.” I just knew I wanted to talk about the things I loved. It was messy, genuine, and full of discovery — the start of finding my voice.

Then came 2022. After a few interviews with Brennan and other amazing creators, the channel got monetized, and Geek Peek was officially born. It stopped being just a side project and became a community — a home for stories, analysis, and conversations that mattered.

Since then, it’s been one of the most rewarding creative experiences of my life.
We laughed, debated, deep-dived, and geeked out together. You made this space special.

Today, I’m stepping away for a while. There’s no drama behind it — just life shifting, new challenges to focus on, and the need for a bit of quiet. I don’t know exactly when I’ll be back, but I will be. That’s a promise.

In the meantime, Geek Peek is in good hands. Cody will keep the lights on and continue creating the kind of content that makes this place shine. I’m genuinely excited to see where he takes it next — and I hope you’ll keep cheering him on.

To everyone who watched, read, commented, or shared: thank you. You helped shape this into something bigger than I ever imagined when I was just writing blog posts in 2019.
